LiveFEST25 brought together top creators for a large-scale celebration of live content and community. At MoonLab, I led the creative direction across stage design, spatial branding, and activation environments. Working directly with TikTok’s internal team to translate the platform’s digital energy into a cohesive physical experience. I collaborated closely with producers, fabricators, and our internal design team to ensure the visual system carried consistently from concept through build. The result was a unified immersive environment spanning stage, broadcast, and interactive touchpoints.
