At GBTA 2025, Uber for Business activated across four strategic footprints including a premium PUDO experience, two executive lounges, and a fully programmed tradeshow booth. Together, these environments created a cohesive and elevated brand presence from arrival to show floor.

From pitch through production, I worked closely with the MoonLab team to shape the overarching creative direction and experiential narrative. I ideated activation concepts, developed spatial storytelling, and led the visual language across graphics, signage, and interactive touchpoints. In collaboration with our 3D designer, I helped direct the spatial look and feel while providing environmental graphics and brand applications to ensure consistency across each footprint.

This was a highly collaborative effort across strategy, design, fabrication, and production, resulting in a multi touchpoint experience that positioned Uber Business Black as a seamless and premium solution for modern travel managers.
